Work with me
Four ways forward.
Different kinds of support for different seasons.
You may want an ongoing conversation, a community, two focused days together, or a course you can take at your own pace. Start with the kind of support that fits where you are now.
Choose your starting point
Support should fit the change you want to make.
You do not need to arrive with a perfectly defined goal. You only need a sense that something in your life is ready to change.
Each option below offers a different amount of time, focus, and connection. Read through them in order and notice which one feels most like the conversation you need next.
Private coaching
One-on-One Coaching
Less like a weekly appointment. More like an ongoing conversation that helps you see your life differently.
I work closely with my one-on-one clients as they change their relationship with alcohol, anxiety, overthinking, relationships, or another place where life feels stuck. We look beneath the surface problem and explore the thinking, stories, and patterns shaping your experience.
Membership and community
Present & Sober
Ongoing support for changing your relationship with alcohol, alongside people who understand the work.
Present & Sober brings together group coaching, a close community, and regular content designed to help you explore your life in a deeper way. It is a place for people who want to stop drinking, stay alcohol-free, or keep growing into a life that feels more present and more their own.
In-person intensive
Immersive Coaching Experience
Two focused days together to go deeply into the way you see yourself, the world, and the change in front of you.
For this experience, I come to you. We spend two days exploring what is keeping you stuck and working intensively with the patterns and perspectives underneath it. This is for someone who wants dedicated time, personal attention, and room to make a meaningful shift without stretching the conversation across months.
Self-paced course
Family Systems Theory
Understand how anxiety moves through a family system, how patterns take shape, and how your own change can affect the whole system.
This self-paced course introduces Family Systems Theory and the process of differentiation. You will learn to recognize the roles, reactions, and relationship patterns that families develop over time, then explore how to respond with more clarity instead of automatically repeating what has always happened.
Still not sure where to begin?
You do not need to choose alone. Tell me a little about what is happening, and I will help you find the most useful next conversation.
