How the work evolved
The question kept getting deeper.
For years, I helped people break free from the grip of alcohol. But the most important change was rarely just about the drinking.
It was about the inner patterns and beliefs that made life feel so difficult in the first place. Again and again, I watched people create lasting change when they stopped fighting themselves and began to see their experience differently.
That changed the way I understood my own work. Today, I work with many people whose challenges have nothing to do with alcohol. Anxiety. Self-doubt. Anger. Overthinking. Family patterns. Old stories that once made sense but no longer fit. I also continue to help people change their relationship with drinking.
The subject may change. The heart of the work does not: when the way you see yourself and your life shifts, what once felt impossible can begin to feel doable.
