What’s happening now? We spend a lot of time thinking and focusing on the past and the future - but what does right now look like? In this video I outline some ideas around the present, and why being aware of what you’re thinking is a big deal. You’ll learn:
Why you have an untapped source of power to shift the way you feel
What being aware of your thoughts will get you
Why you shouldn’t drive to the mall with your eyes closed
Once you start to see this, you start to become more aware of your thinking, you become much more aware of how things can be different for you!
The Work
Thinking/Feeling Alarm:Every couple hours, whatever you want. Note on timer. Just answer it. And that’s all. We’re trying to increase your level of awareness of what’s going on in your mind.
Look for Thoughts about Change: What are the thoughts about the thing you want to change? When you see those comes up, note them. How do you think about that thing you want to change - is it insurmountable? Impossible? Get clear on what those thoughts are as they come up.
