Hi there! I have three slots open for what I call “deep-dive” coaching - where you and I work together for an entire year. Not just to change your relationship with alcohol (although we’ll absolutely do that) but to dig even deeper. The end result is a different experience of your life - one where you won’t want to run away, where you will see things in a completely new way. If you have tried changing in the past and something - something you might not even really understand - seems to be holding you back, then this may be for you!

What is Included:

  • Weekly One-on-One Coaching Calls: we will start where you’re at and work from there. Each week we’ll connect, talk about progress and roadblocks, and chart a path forward. You will get an email from me after every call with what we discussed and what work to do between calls. We will also be in communication between calls on text or WhatsApp to talk about what you’re seeing, how you’re feeling, and to work real-time with things that come up for you!

  • Access to All Existing Solo Programs: you and I will work through my two flagship programs together:

    • Shift: In this program we go deep into WHY you see things the way you do, and what you can do to change that. When you do this work life looks different, and when things look different you show up and act different!

    • Beyond Thought: In Beyond Thought I take you on a journey through thinking, how it works, what it is, and what you can do to access and connect with consciousness beyond thought. Things are weirder (and awesomer!) than you think!

  • Access to Live Programs: you will automatically get a seat at any live solo programs I do next year. Whether it’s Shift or Beyond Thought, or one of my new programs. Access is included in the year long coaching program.
