What is Beyond THought?

Beyond Thought is a deep dive into the nature of thought, and an exploration of how that knowledge can really change the way life feels to us!

When we take a moment to look at thought - and the constant flow of words and images that go through our head - some really interesting things can happen! Understanding what thought is from a new standpoint can quite literally transform your life.

This program is an 8-week exploration of thought, and will leave you with a totally different understanding of how to live the sort of life you want!

How does it work?

We will have a 90 minute group call each week for 8 weeks. The calls will consist of:

  • Review of and discussion about homework from last week

  • Presentation of new material

  • Initial impression discussion of new material

We’ll repeat that process for 8 weeks. And in between calls we’ll stay in touch via a messaging app called Telegram.

When does it start and When are the CAlls?

Our first call will be Tuesday, September 16 at 7pm ET. Replays will be available.

Once the group is set I’ll get out a survey for call times for the full 8-week program.

How Long is the Program?

Beyond Thought runs for 8 weeks - and each week includes lessons and exercises as well as a group coaching call.

IS this for People who are Still Drinking?

Yes! The discussion and the weekly content will focus on thinking and how we interact with it. Working with this will absolutely help you address the underlying issues that cause you to reach for a drink.

How much does it cost?

Usually this program will cost $1,000, but it’s available this time around for only $750

What are the end results?

Once you complete Beyond Thought, you will have a totally different view of how your experience arises. What this means is that you will understand how you (yes you!) are creating your experience, and you will be skilled in seeing it and handling it in a new way. Essentially you will be able to see life from a new perspective, which will drastically change the way it feels!
